基于水库群优化调度的黄河干流梯级补偿效益分析

摘要:
【目的】探讨黄河梯级水库群的补偿作用,为黄河流域水资源的可持续开发利用提供参考。【方法】考虑全流域综合需水、防洪、防凌、生态等要求,建立了梯级水库群优化调度模型,采用系统辨识自迭代模拟优化算法对模型进行求解,并设置了3种情景,采用长系列径流资料进行优化调度实例计算。【结果】分别量化了发电和供水补偿效益。通过龙羊峡、刘家峡水库的补偿,梯级电站和径流式电站分别增发电量17.54亿和16.63 亿kW·h;沿黄各省增加供水量35.66亿m3。通过补偿效益的计算和分配,实现了最优化的梯级水库群联合调度。【结论】研究成果完善了水库群补偿效益理论,对提高不同利益主体水电站的联合调度热情、高效合理地利用水能资源具有重要意义,对其他流域水库补偿效益的计算和分配具有一定的参考价值。

Reservoirs optimal operation based analysis of cascade compensation benefits in main stream of the Yellow river
Abstract:
【Objective】The compensation effects of cascade reservoirs of the Yellow river are discussed in this paper,aiming to improve the understanding of the sustainable development and utilization of water resources in the Yellow river basin.【Method】Considering the comprehensive demands of water,flood,ice prevention,and ecology,the model of cascade reservoirs optimal operation was established and self-iteration simulation optimal algorithm based on system identification was proposed to solve it.Three situations were set and optimal operation results of cascade reservoirs were obtained by long series runoff data.【Result】Compensation benefits of generation and water supply were quantified respectively.Through the compensation by Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs,cascade reservoirs and runoff reservoirs on the upper of the Yellow rive were increased by 1.754 billion k·Wh and 1.663 billion k·Wh,respectively.The water supply for provinces along the Yellow river was increased by 3.556 billion m3.Through the calculation and allocation of compensation benefits,the ultimate goal of cascade reservoirs optimal operation was achieved.【Conclusion】This study has significances in enriching and perfecting the theory of cascade compensation benefits and fostering joint operation enthusiasm of different stakeholders of hydropower stations.It also has an important application prospect for compensation benefit calculation and allocation in other basins.
