5个葡萄种群的低温半致死温度与其抗寒适应性的关系

摘要:
【目的】利用半致死温度(LT50)探讨不同葡萄品种群根系的抗寒适应性和抗寒能力,为将LT50广泛应用于抗寒葡萄种质筛选和葡萄抗寒性机理的深入研究提供理论和实践依据。【方法】以美洲种、法美杂种、山欧杂种、欧美杂种、欧亚种的18个葡萄品种根系为材料,对其分别进行-4,-5,-6,-7,-8,-9和-10 ℃的低温处理,测定相对电导率,拟合Logistic方程,计算半致死温度(对照组不做低温度处理);同时观察葡萄根系形态结构的变化。【结果】5个葡萄种群18个品种的相对电导率均随着处理温度的下降而上升,结合Logistic方程计算的半致死温度表明,不同葡萄种群抗寒性差异很大,其抗寒性强弱排序依次为:美洲种>山欧杂种>法美杂种>欧美杂种>欧亚种;根系结构特征反映出的18个品种抗寒性大小与半致死温度的测定结果完全一致。【结论】半致死温度可作为评价葡萄抗寒性的一个可靠指标。

Relationship between LT50 and cold adaptability of five grape varieties
Abstract:
【Objective】LT50 was used to explore the cold adaptability and resistance of roots of different grape species,which would improve future in-depth study of screening germplasm with cold resistance and investigating hardiness mechanism.【Method】 Roots of five grape species were employed as materials,including the V.labrusica,V.amurensis×V.vinifera,V.vinifera×V.labrusca,V.france×V.viniera and the V.vinifera.After treatment with low temperature of -4,-5,-6,-7,-8,-9,and -10 ℃,their relative conductivities were determined and LT50 values were calculated using logistic equation(Control group was not treated with low-temperature).At the same time,the changes of grape root morphology were observed.【Result】Conductivities of the 18 varieties of five grapes populations increased along with the decrease of processing temperature.TheLT50 combined with logistic equation showed that cold hardiness was different in different grape varieties.The cold resistances of different populations were in a decreasing order of:V.labrusicaV.amurensis×V.viniferaV.france×V.viniferaV.vinifera×V.labruscaV.vinifera.The cold hardiness reflected by the root structural features of the 18 varieties were consistent with measured LT50.【Conclusion】LT50 can be used as a reliable indicator for the grape hardiness evaluation.
