几种防冻剂对树上干杏花期抗寒性及坐果率的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究4种防冻剂对新疆树上干杏花期抗寒性及坐果率的影响,为树上干杏花期冻害的防治提供依据。【方法】选用新疆伊犁地区的树上干杏株系“S4”为试材,在花芽膨大期分别喷施“通威”、“动植宝”、“标典”和“碧护”等4种防冻剂,以喷施自来水为对照,采用室内模拟低温的方式对其低温处理后,进行形态观测并分别测定花蕾和花朵的半致死温度(LT50)、丙二醛含量(MDA)、脯氨酸含量(Pro)及SOD、POD和CAT保护酶活性的变化,统计其坐果率。【结果】4种防冻剂处理均降低了树上干杏株系“S4”花器官的LT50,其中“碧护”可使花蕾和花朵的LT50较对照分别降低2.73和1.55 ℃,优于其他3种防冻剂;其次,MDA含量(除“标典”外)均出现不同程度的降低;Pro含量与SOD、POD(“标典”花蕾除外)和CAT保护酶的活性均被提高。另外,喷施4种防冻剂后的坐果率较对照(11.28%)均明显提高,其中“碧护”和“动植宝”分别达17.06%和16.79%,对坐果率的提高效果较好。【结论】4种防冻剂中“碧护”的处理效果明显优于其他3种,与对照相比差异显著,可以提高树上干杏花器官的抗寒能力。

Effects of different antifreezes on cold resistance during flowering period and fruit sitting rate of apricot “Shushanggan”
Abstract:
【Objective】In this paper,we studied the effects of four antifreezes on cold resistance and fruit sitting rate of ‘S4’ genetype of Yili Xinjiang apricot ‘Shushanggan’ during the expanding-time.【Method】The effects of four antifreeze (‘Tongwei’,‘Dongzhibao’,‘Biaodian’,‘Bihu’) on LT50 of flower buds and flowers of,MDA,free proline,SOD,POD and CAT activity were studied.【Result】The four studied antifreezes decreased the LT50 of S4 compared with control.The LT50 of flower buds and flowers using ‘Bihu’ were decreased by 2.73 and 1.55 ℃,respectively,which were better than others.The content of MDA decreased after the treatment of antifreezes except ‘Biaodian’,while free proline,SOD,POD and CAT activity all increased.Additionally,the fruit sitting rates were increased by all antifreezes compared to the control (11.28%),especially by ‘Bihu’ and ‘Dongzhibao’ with 17.06% and 16.79%,respectively.【Conclusion】The treatment of ‘Bihu’ was superior to others,and it could improve the cold resistance of ‘Shushanggan’.
