水库防洪调度的多维自反馈多目标决策方法及应用

摘要:
【目的】针对通用水库防洪调度多目标决策信息的不完备、专家决策的模糊问题,构建基于多维自反馈的水库防洪调度多目标决策方法。【方法】根据给定的水库防洪调度多目标初始权重计算加权综合值,利用聚类模糊指标方法对加权综合值进行模糊划分,将通用水库防洪调度多目标决策中的决策信息由一维扩展到多维;按照加权综合值的模糊划分引入平衡因子,通过迭代计算得到目标权重;在上述方法的基础上,构建基于多维自反馈的水库防洪调度模糊决策算法。【结果】建立了水库防洪调度的多维自反馈多目标决策方法,实例计算结果表明,利用该方法可得到满足精度要求的目标加权综合决策值和模糊划分,并可根据计算结果判定水库防洪调度各决策所属的类别和优劣排序。【结论】所建立的的多维自反馈多目标决策方法为水库防洪调度决策提供了一条新的有效途径,可用于水库的防洪调度实践。

Abstract:
【Objective】In order to overcome the incomplete information of multi-objective decision making and fuzzy of expert decision making of reservoir flood control,multi-objective decision making method with multi dimensions and self-feedbacks for reservoir flood control operation was proposed in this paper.【Method】Firstly,the weighted integrated value was calculated according to the given multi-objective reservoir flood control initial weights Then the integrated value was fuzzily divided using the clustering fuzzy method and the one-dimensional decision making information was expanded to multi-dimension.The comprehensive balance factor was introduced according to the fuzzy weighted value to calculate the goal weights by iteration.Finally,multi-objective decision making algorithm of reservoir flood control operation was constructed.【Result】The multi-objective and multi-dimensional decision making method with self-feedbacks for reservoir flood control operation was successfully constructed.The results showed that this method can obtain the decision-making value and decision-making division with enough accuracy and can achieve the category and rank of the reservoir flood control decisions.【Conclusion】This method is a new and valid method for reservoir flood control operation and can be used for actual cases.
