水工压力隧洞钢筋混凝土衬砌配筋模型与方法探讨

摘要:
【目的】针对当前水工压力隧洞钢筋混凝土衬砌配筋方法不能反映水工压力隧洞衬砌开裂后围岩-混凝土-钢筋的联合受力机制的不足,寻求建立一种新的配筋方法,为水工压力隧洞钢筋混凝土衬砌配筋的设计提供参考。【方法】从水工隧洞的实际性状入手,分析衬砌开裂后围岩-混凝土-钢筋的联合作用,借助于FINAL有限元程序,建立非线性有限元衬砌配筋数值仿真模型,基于莫尔-库伦强度准则进行非线性数值求解,并通过实例与“公式法”计算结果进行比较。【结果】通过算例发现,利用所建立的非线性有限元衬砌配筋数值仿真模型,计算得到围岩-混凝土-钢筋联合作用条件下的衬砌配筋量、钢筋应力、混凝土裂缝宽度,直观展现了衬砌裂缝处钢筋应力的集中现象。计算结果较“公式法”更为直观,配筋结果较“公式法”偏大,更符合实际情况。【结论】所建立的非线性有限元衬砌配筋数值仿真模型能够综合考虑水工压力隧洞衬砌开裂后围岩-混凝土-钢筋的联合作用,并能通过非线性有限元求解,得到任意部位的钢筋应力及混凝土裂缝的分布规律,较以往的方法有明显优越性。

Reinforcement model and methods of reinforced concrete lining of hydraulic pressure tunnel
Abstract:
【Objective】As reinforced concrete lining for the hydraulic pressure tunnel reinforcement method does not correctly describe the mechanism of joint forece of rock-concrete-reinforced when the hydraulic pressure tunnel lining crackes,the study aimed to establish a new method of lining the reinforcement for the hydraulicpressure tunnel.【Method】From the actual traits of the hydraulic tunnel,the combined effects of the lining cracking the rock-concrete-reinforced were analyzed by the FINAL finite element program.The nonlinear finite element lining reinforcement numerical simulation model was established based on the Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion non-linear numerical solution.Then both the method proposed in this study and the “formula method” method were used to calculate a realistic example.【Result】Based on theestablished example the rock-lining amount of reinforcing steel in concrete reinforced,the combined effects of conditions,steel stress,and concrete crack width were calculated using nonlinear finite element lining reinforcement simulation model and the results were intuitive to show the lining cracks reinforced stress concentration phenomenon.The calculated results are more intuitive than the “formula method”,and reinforced results were larger than that of the “formula method”.【Conclusion】Nonlinear finite element lining reinforcement simulation model established in this study took into consider action of the combined effects of the surrounding rock-concrete-reinforced hydraulic pressure tunnel lining cracking.It can also get distribution law of any part of the reinforcement stress and concrete cracks through the nonlinear finite element solver and analysis.The model showed obvious advantages compared to previous methods.
