结构参数对梯形流道水力性能及抗堵塞性能的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究梯形流道结构参数对灌水器流量、流态指数及抗堵塞性能的影响,为滴灌系统中灌水器的设计提供参考。【方法】通过测试平台对16种梯形流道物理模型的水力性能和抗堵塞性能进行测试,分析梯形流道结构参数转角、齿高、上底宽、流道宽、偏差量等对灌水器流量、流态指数及抗堵塞性能的影响。【结果】流道转角对灌水器流态指数、抗堵塞性能有显著影响,随着流道转角的增大,流态指数及抗堵塞能力显著下降;上底宽对流量、流态指数也有显著影响,随着上底宽的增大,流量增加,流态指数增大;齿高、流道宽及偏差量对流量、流态指数和抗堵塞性能无显著影响。【结论】在梯形流道设计时,应当综合考虑转角的选择,同时为了保持合理的流态指数,应当尽量减少上底宽。

Influence of the structural parameters of trapezoidal-channel emitters on hydraulic and anti clogging performance
Abstract:
【Objective】The relationship between the structural parameters of trapezoidal labyrinth channels of drip emitter and hydraulic or anti-clogging performance was studied.【Method】16 kinds of trapezoidal labyrinth channels of drip emitter were tested by the Testing platform,and influences of the structural parameters of trapezoidal-channel emitters on flow rate,flow index and anti-clogging performance were analyzed.【Result】The results obtained showed the channel turning angle was the most important factor affecting the flow index.With the increase of the turning angle,the flow index decreased,so did the anti-clogging performance.The upper base of the trapezoidal-channel was the most important factor affecting the flow index and the flow rate.With the increase of the upper base,the flow rate and the flow index both increased.The height,width and offset of trapezoidal labyrinth channel did not affent the flow rate,flow index and anti-clogging performance significantly.【Conclusion】So when the flow paths are designed,the angle should been thought synthetically.To keep the reasonable flow index,the length of the upper base should be shortened as much as possible.
