| 【目的】研究不同水分条件下铅胁迫对刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)的叶水势、细胞膜透性、植物水分代谢的影响,揭示土壤水分、铅以及二者共同作用对刺槐生理代谢的影响规律。【方法】以苗龄1年、长势一致的刺槐幼苗为供试材料,采用盆栽控水试验,测定不同水分条件下(土壤相对含水量分别为田间持水量的40%,60%,80%,100%)、铅胁迫(土壤中铅含量分别为0,300,500,1 000,2 000,3 000 mg/kg)处理刺槐苗木的叶水势、细胞膜透性和叶片相对水分亏缺的变化。【结果】土壤水分对刺槐苗木叶水势、细胞膜透性和叶片相对水分亏缺的影响明显,其中刺槐叶水势在土壤相对含水量为40%时最小;当土壤中铅含量为300~3 000 mg/kg时,刺槐细胞膜透性随着土壤相对含水量的增大呈先升高后降低再升高的趋势;刺槐叶片相对水分亏缺随土壤相对含水量的增加呈先降低后增大的趋势。相同水分条件下,铅胁迫对刺槐叶水势和叶片相对水分亏缺无显著影响,而细胞膜透性随土壤中铅含量的增加呈先降低后升高再降低的变化趋势。不同水分条件下,随着土壤中铅含量的增加刺槐叶片铅含量表现不同的变化趋势,但总体上呈上升的趋势。【结论】水分胁迫对刺槐各项生理指标影响较大,而铅胁迫只对刺槐的细胞膜透性有影响,对其他指标没有明显的影响,并且刺槐叶片可以富集土壤中的铅,说明刺槐对铅具有较强的适应能力。 |

| Effects of water and Pb stress on leaf physiological characteristics of Robinia pseudoacacia |

| 【Objective】The research was done in order to study the effect of soil water,Pb and interaction between the two on leaf water potential,cell membrane permeability and leaf relative water saturation deficit of Robinia pseudoacacia.【Method】With one-year-old seedlings of R.pseudoacacia as material,a potted experiment was conducted respectively in simulating different water conditions(the soil relative water content with 40%,60%,80% and 100%) to measure the change of water and Pb stress(Pb content with 0,300,500,1 000,2 000 and 3 000 mg/kg) on leaf water potential,cell membrane permeability and leaf relative water saturation deficit of R.pseudoacacia seedlings.【Result】The results showed that water situation had significant influence on every physiological characteristic,in which the leaf had the minimum water potential when the soil relative water content was 40%.When Pb content was 300-3 000 mg/kg,cell membrane permeability was first increased and then decreased again increased with the increase of the soil water content;leaf relative water saturation deficit was first decreased and then increased with the increase of the soil water content.Under the same soil water conditon,Pb stress exerted no significant effect on leaf water potential and leaf relative water saturation deficit of R.pseudoacacia(P>0.05),only cell membrane permeability was decreased and then increased again decreased with the increase of Pb concentration.Although,in different soil water conditions,Pb content in leaf of R.pseudoacacia showed different trends with the increase of Pb content in soil,but overall it was increased.【Conclusion】The water situation had influence on every physiological characteristic of R.pseudoacacia,but Pb stress had apparent influence only on cell membrane permeability,no influence on other physiological characteristics.R.pseudoacacia had a certain absorption of lead in soil.Experimental results show that R.pseudoacacia have a strong adaptive ability. |
