| 【目的】探讨扩容性血液稀释对缺血再灌注大鼠脑损伤的影响。【方法】以健康成年雄性SD大鼠为试验动物,制备缺血再灌注脑损伤模型。于脑缺血2 h后,以生理盐水为血液稀释剂,在再灌注时通过尾静脉注射生理盐水对模型大鼠进行扩容性血液稀释,生理盐水注射剂量分别为 0.5,1.0,2.0 mL/只,于再灌注6,9,12,24 h时取大鼠脑样本,制备切片,用2,3,5-三苯基四氮唑(TTC)染色,然后以图像分析方法计算TTC染色面积和脑梗死体积。【结果】生理盐水血液稀释对缺血再灌注大鼠脑损伤具有保护作用, 随着生理盐水注射剂量的增加,SD大鼠脑梗死体积呈降低的趋势,注射2.0 mL生理盐水组脑梗死体积显著低于对照组。【结论】扩容性血液稀释能显著降低大鼠缺血再灌注模型脑梗死面积,对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。 |

| The neuroprotection role of hypervolemic hemodilution on rat brain suffered from cerebral ischemia-reperfusion insults |

| 【Objective】The rescearch was conducted to investigate the neuroprotection of hypervolemic hemodilution on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion insults of the rat brain.【Method】Mature Sprague Dawley rats were used to prepare the focal ischemia and reperfusion insults by middle cerebral artery occlusion.Then,the physiological saline was injected intravenously to induce hypervolemic hemodilution.The volume of injection included 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mL respectively.Brain slices were stained with 2,3,5-triphenylterzolium chloride (TTC),followed with image analysis to estimate the infarct volume.【Result】Our data showed that hypervolemic hemodilution with the physiological saline could protect the rat brain from the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion insults,the infarct volume was reduced as the volume of physiological saline increased.The infarct volume was less than control group significantly when the animal received 2.0 mL physiological saline injection.【Conclusion】Hypervolemic hemodilution could reduce the infarct size in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and therefore show a neuroprotective effect for the ischemic insults. |
