梨小食心虫人工饲料的研究

摘要:
【目的】研究人工饲料中营养成分不同配比对梨小食心虫生长发育和繁殖的影响,寻找适宜梨小食心虫生长发育和繁殖的较好人工饲料配方,为其室内饲养提供参考。【方法】选择不同的人工饲料营养成分及配比,经过预试验,从配制的9种人工饲料中选出4种对梨小食心虫生长发育和繁殖较好的配方,通过测定存活率、发育历期、幼虫质量、蛹质量、成虫寿命、生殖力等指标,观察不同配方饲料对梨小食心虫生长发育和繁殖的影响。【结果】取食配方Ⅳ的试虫存活率、幼虫质量、蛹质量、雌虫寿命、成虫生殖力、净增值率、内禀增长率和周限增长率等指标均较取食配方Ⅰ、配方Ⅱ、配方Ⅲ的试虫显著提高(P<0.05),发育历期、平均世代周期和种群加倍时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。【结论】在供试的4种人工饲料中,按照配方Ⅳ配制的人工饲料适宜梨小食心虫的生长发育和繁殖,可用于梨小食心虫的实验室人工饲养。

Artificial diet for larvae of the oriental fruit moth Grapholita molesta (Busck)(Lepidoptera:Tortricidae)
Abstract:
【Objective】To develop an artificial diet suitable for continuous rearing of the oriental fruit moth,studies were designed to determine the effect of different nutrient proportions in artificial diet on the development and reproduction under laboratory conditions.【Method】Different nutrients and proportions of artificial diet were chosen,meanwhile,four better artificial diets were selected from nine prepared diets after pre-test.The effect of different proportions on the development and reproduction of the oriental fruit moth was evaluated by measurement of parameters that included survival rate,duration of development,weight of larvae,weight of pupae,and longevity and fecundity of adults.【Result】The formula Ⅳ was most suitable for the development and reproduction of oriental fruit moth,the survival rate,the weights of larvae and pupae,the longevity of female,the fecundity of adults,net reproductive rate,and intrinsic rate of increase,finite rate of increase were increased significantly (P<<0.05) and the duration of development,mean generation time and population doubling time were shortened significantly (P<0.05) compared with formula Ⅰ,formula Ⅱ and formula Ⅲ.【Conclusion】Among the four kinds of artificial diets,formula Ⅳ was the best for the development and reproduction of oriental fruit moth and could be used as a diet for artificial rearing in laboratory.
