添加聚合草对猪粪中温厌氧发酵的影响

摘要:
【目的】探索添加景观植物聚合草对沼气厌氧发酵的影响。【方法】以猪粪为发酵原料,添加不同量聚合草,于(35±1) ℃条件下,用自行设计的发酵装置进行发酵试验,通过对发酵液的CH4含量、pH和产气量的监测,研究聚合草添加量对猪粪中温厌氧发酵过程的影响,并以接种物和接种物加猪粪为参比。【结果】在聚合草与猪粪总固体含量比分别为1∶10、2∶10、3∶10、4∶10的试验组中,1∶10、2∶10试验组的甲烷含量率先达到40%(体积分数),其pH分别为6.6~7.7和6.6~7.6,总体优于其他试验组及空白参比组;且以1∶10试验组的日均产气量最高(756.20 mL),2∶10试验组的总产气量最高(43 540 mL)。【结论】添加适量聚合草对猪粪厌氧发酵有促进作用,通过二次曲线拟合,推测聚合草与猪粪总固体含量的最优配比为1.40∶10~1.48∶10。

Effects of comfrey on mesophilic anaerobic digestion of swine feces
Abstract:
【Objective】 The study observed the effects of comfrey on the anaerobic digestion process of swine feces.【Method】 Swine feces was employed as main material for biogas production and comfrey as addition material.The trial was conducted in self manufactured anaerobic equipment.Effect of different material ratios during mesophilic anaerobic fermentation was studied through measuring CH4 content,pH,biogas production.【Result】 Among TS ratios of comfrey∶swine feces:1∶10,2∶10,3∶10,4∶10,the CH4 contents of 1∶10, 2∶10 were first up to 40%,whose total trend was better than those of other two treatments and two controls.The pH value of 1∶10,2∶10 was 6.6-7.7,6.6-7.6 respectively,whose total trend was better than those of other two treatments and two controls.The average biogas production(756.20 mL/d) of 1∶10 was the highest.The total biogas production(43 540 mL) of 2∶10 was the highest.【Conclusion】 Proper comfrey can be used to promote the fermentation.The fitting curve predicted the best TS ratio of comfrey∶swine feces is 1.40∶10-1.48∶10.
