陕西省水稻种质资源的香味基因检测

摘要:
【目的】明确陕西省主要水稻种质资源中香味基因的存在状况,为香型水稻育种提供依据。【方法】利用针对香味基因fgr开发的四引物扩增受阻突变体系PCR技术,对陕西省164份水稻种质资源的香味基因fgr进行检测。【结果】在164份供试水稻材料中,127份为非香材料,2份为香型纯合体,35份为杂合体。【结论】本试验检测结果真实可靠,所用四引物扩增变阻突变体系PCR可以作为香型水稻检测认定的有效方法;陕西省水稻种质资源中香味基因占有一定比例。

Detection of fgr gene in rice germplasm resources in Shaanxi Province

Abstract:
【Objective】The study aimed to make clear the existence of fragrance gene in the rice germplasms in Shaanxi Province,and provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of fragrant rice.【Method】The distribution of this gene among 164 rice germplasm from Shaanxi was analyzed using Tetra primer ARMS PCR designed on fgr region,and the fragrant and non fragrant rice varieties were distinguished.【Result】The results showed that there were 127 non fragrant rice varieties and 2 fragrant rice varieties with homozygous loci whereas 35 rice varieties with heterozygous loci.【Conclusion】Through the analysis and comparison experiments,we considered that results are reliable.The methods can be effectively used in the detection of rice types.We found that fragrence gene occupies a certain proportion in Shaanxi Province rice germplasm resources.
