| 【目的】探索保水剂对硫酸铜溶液的吸收性能,明确其对铜离子的吸附效果。【方法】采用对比试验法,研究吸水时间为3 h时不同保水剂用量(0,2.5,5.0,7.5,10.0 g/kg)对20 mmol/L CuSO4溶液、吸水时间为3 h时5.0 g/kg保水剂对不同浓度(0,10,15,20,25 mmol/L)CuSO4溶液以及不同吸水时间(1,3,6,16,22 h)下5.0 g/kg保水剂对20 mmol/L CuSO4溶液的吸水倍率、铜离子去除率和二次吸水倍率3个主要指标的影响。【结果】在吸水时间为3 h、CuSO4溶液浓度为20 mmol/L的条件下,保水剂用量的增加使其吸水倍率和二次吸水倍率略有增大,同时铜离子去除率也明显提高。在吸水时间为3 h、保水剂用量为5.0 g/kg 时,CuSO4溶液浓度的增加可以显著降低保水剂的吸水倍率和铜离子去除率,同时二次吸水倍率也有一定程度降低,但仍有较好的吸水效果。在保水剂用量为5.0 g/kg,CuSO4溶液浓度为20 mmol/L时,吸水时间对保水剂的吸水倍率、铜离子去除率和二次吸水倍率均有明显影响,吸水时间为3 h左右时,保水剂吸水倍率基本达到最大,以后随着吸水时间的延长,其吸水倍率反而明显降低;铜离子去除率一直呈增加趋势,而二次吸水倍率却显著减小,至22 h前后已基本丧失吸水能力。【结论】保水剂是一种较为理想的去除重金属铜离子的材料,且保水剂用量越大、吸水时间越长,对铜离子的去除效果越好。 |

| 【Objective】The research was made in order to discover the absorbent effects of super absorbent polymers on the heavy metal ions.【Method】The experiment studied the effects of water absorbent rate,copper ion removal and secondary water absorbent rate with different dosages of super absorbent polymers(SAP)(0,2.5,5.0,7.5,10.0 g/kg)for 20 mmol/L CuSO4 solution during 3 h,different concentrations of CuSO4 solutions (0,10,15,20,25 mmol/L) for the amount of 5.0 g/kg dosage of SAP during 3 h and different time (1,3,6,16,22 h) for 5.0 g/kg dosage of SAP in 20 mmol/L CuSO4 solution.【Result】The results showed that under the same conditions,with the increase of super absorbent polymers,the water absorbent rate and the secondary water absorbent rate slightly increased.At the same time,the removal rate of copper ions significantly improved.Meanwhile,with the increase of the concentration of CuSO4 solutions,the water absorbent rate and copper ion removal rate significantly reduced,the secondary water absorbent rate reduced slightly,and the SAP can still hold water.Different time for absorbent affected the water absorbent rate,copper ion removal and secondary water absorbent rate obviously.The water absorbent rate reached the maximum at 3 h,after that,it reduced evidently.However,the copper ion removal rate was always increasing and the secondary water absorbent rate reduced obviously.After 22 h for absorbent,the SAP already lost the ability to hold water.【Conclusion】The super absorbent polymers is an ideal material to remove copper,and the greater amount of super absorbent polymers is used,and the more time for absorbing,the better the removal of copper ions is. |
