Effect of organic and inorganic nutrients on the quantity of soil bio-control actinomycetes
Abstract:
【Objective】Thd study was done to explore the capability of increasing bio-control actinomycetes by the way of fertilizing.【Method】A simulated experiment was carried out to study the effect of inorganic nutrients, organic nutrients, plant ash and sodium humate on the quantity of inoculating bio-control actinomycetes in soil under unsterilized and sterilized conditions.【Result】①The results indicate that under unsterilized and sterilized conditions, the quantity of actinomycetes have certain change when adding nutrients to soil.②The variance analysis indicates that the quantities of 11th and 12th actinomycetes among organic treatment, inorgainc fertilizers, sodium humate treatment and plant ash treatment of different nutrient amount have significant difference under natural condition.Under sterilized conditions different amounts of organic and inorganic fertilizer have significant influence on 11th and 12th actinomycetes,so do plant ash on 11th actinomycetes, sodium humate on 12th actinomycetes. But the other treatments have no marked difference.【Conclusion】Organic fertilizer can promote the growth of inoculating bio-control actinomycetes significantly. In conclusion,we can improve the disease resistance of actinomycetes and cuhance their growth.
