冬青油羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物制备工艺及杀虫活性研究

摘要:
【目的】考察冬青油羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD )包合工艺条件及包合物制剂对菊小长管蚜的防治效果。【方法】以包合物的收率和油转化率的综合评分作为评价指标,选择冬青油与羟丙基-β-环糊精的质量比、包合温度及包合时间为主要影响因素,进行L16(45)正交试验,优化包合冬青油的工艺条件,并对包合物制剂进行田间药效试验。【结果】饱和水溶液法制备冬青油HP-β-CD 包合物的最佳工艺条件为:羟丙基-β-环糊精与冬青油的质量比为10∶1,包合温度为45 ℃,包合时间为2.0 h。冬青油包合物制剂250倍稀释、常量喷雾对菊小长管蚜有较好的防治效果,包合物制剂的速效性略低于乳油制剂,但持效期较乳油制剂长,具有一定的缓释性。【结论】冬青油羟丙基-β-环糊精包合工艺合理可行,包合物制剂对菊小长管蚜具有较好的防治效果和一定的持效期。

Study on the inclusion of wintergreen oil with HP-β-CD and its insecticidal activity
Abstract:
【Objective】The study was to investigate the processing for HP-β-CD inclusion of wintergreen oil and insecticidal activity of its formulation.【Method】The orthogonal design was used for the optimization of inclusion conditions.With the transformation rate of the wintergreen oil in inclusion complex and the yield of inclusion complex as the evaluation indexes,the mass ratio of HP-β-CD to oil,the temperature and the inclusion time were used as the main factors of L16(45) orthogonal design.【Result】The optimal conditions for inclusion were as follows:the mass ratio of HP-β-CD to oil 10∶1,a saturated water solution,inclusion temperature at 45 ℃,and stirring for 2.0 h.The inclusion complex formulation diluted 250 tmies exhibited a good control efficacy against Macrosiphoniella sanborni and its quick acting was worse than EC but the persistent effects was better.【Conclusion】 The optimal conditions for HP-β-CD inclusion of wintergreen oil were steady and feasible.The inclusion complex formulation exhibited a good and persistent control efficacy against Macrosiphoniella sanborni.
