陕西省致仔猪腹泻大肠埃希菌的耐药性及其质粒谱型研究

摘要:
【目的】研究陕西省致仔猪腹泻大肠埃希菌的耐药性及其与质粒谱型之间的关系。【方法】对分离自陕北、关中、陕南等地7个猪场腹泻仔猪粪便的104株致病性大肠埃希菌,采用K B法测定其对11类26种抗生素的耐药性。对11株大肠埃希菌耐药菌株进行质粒分子分型及同源性聚类分析。【结果】陕西省致仔猪腹泻大肠埃希菌对哌拉西林、头孢他啶、多粘霉素B和痢特灵的耐药率为0;对先锋Ⅴ、先锋Ⅵ、先锋必素、头孢呋辛的耐药率分别为15%,12%,12%和8%;对丁胺卡那霉素、新霉素、氧氟沙星的耐药率分别为23%,27%和27%;对青霉素、强力霉素、四环素、羧苄西林、复方新诺明、氯霉素、氨苄西林的耐药率均在85%以上;而对苯唑西林、氯洁霉素的耐药率均为100%。多重耐药性检测结果表明,分离菌株的耐药性以8~13耐居多,占71%,1~7耐的菌株占17%,13耐以上占12%。质粒检测结果表明,相同地区、相同时间分离的菌株,其耐药谱相似,质粒谱型相同或相似;不同来源的菌株,耐药谱可相似也可不同,而质粒谱一般不同。同源性聚类分析表明,陕西省各地区耐药菌株质粒的流行存在地区差异,其差异性保持在35%以内。【结论】陕西省致仔猪腹泻大肠埃希菌耐药性较严重,且呈自南向北递增的趋势,不同地区大肠埃希菌分离株的耐药性差异与其携带的质粒有关。

Study of drug resistance and plasmid profiles of Escherichia coli leading to piglet diarrhea of Shaanxi province
Abstract:
【Objective】The study was to research the antibiotic resistance and the plasmid profiles of Escherichia coli strains isolated from faeces of diarrhea piglets from 7 farms in southern region,Guanzhong region and northern region of Shaanxi province.【Method】The antimicrobial susceptibilities of 11 kinds to 26 antibiotics of 104 enteropathogenic E.coli were determined by using Kirby-Bauer method based on the performance standards for anti-microbial susceptibility testing recommended by CLSI,and 11 drug-resistant strains were analyzed for molecular typing and plasmid homology cluster.【Result】Four antibioties showed 0 resistance rate,including piperacillin,ceftazidime,polymyxin B and furazolidone.Resistance rate of four antibioties was under 15%,including cefazolin (15%),cefradine (12%),cefoperazone (12%) and cefuroxime(8%).Amikaci (23%),neomycin (27%) and ofloxacin (27%) were under 30%.Resistance rate of seven antibioties was above 85%,including benzylpenicillin,doxycycline,tetracycline,carbenicillin,compound sulfamethoxazole,chloramphenicol and ampicillin.100% resistance rate had two antibioties,including oxacillin and clindamycin.Multi-drug resistance test showed that 71% E.colistrains were between 8 and 13 of antibioties resistance,1-7 resistant strains accounting for 17%,12% strains above on 13 resistant.11 E.coli strains were analysed and showed that resistance type and plasmid profiles would be the same or similar if isolated from the same source and at the same time.If isolated from different sources,there would be the same,and different resistance type of E.colistrains,but plasmid profiles would be different generally.Homology clustering analysis showed that there were regional differences of epidemic of plasmid among all regions of Shaanxi province.But this difference was not big and the differences remained within 35%.【Conclusion】Drug resistance of E.coliinducing piglet diarrhea was more serious,which showed increasing trend from south to north of Shaanxi province.Different drug resistance of different areas was related to plasmid of E.coli.
