沙地植物长柄扁桃光合特性研究

摘要:
【目的】 研究长柄扁桃的光合能力,为长柄扁桃资源的利用及大面积栽植提供理论参考。【方法】 以不同树龄的毛乌素沙漠长柄扁桃为研究对象,利用Li-6400光合作用测定仪,在长柄扁桃野生种质资源地进行其光合生理生态特性及影响因子研究。【结果】 ①长柄扁桃叶片净光合速率(Pn)的日变化呈双峰型曲线,主峰值在12:00且具有明显“午休”现象。②长柄扁桃幼龄树生态因子日变化幅度较大,2年生长柄扁桃叶片Pn峰值提前。③在长柄扁桃叶片Pn影响因子中,气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、光合有效辐射(PAR)作用呈显著直接正效应。④在导致光合“午休”的原因中,气孔限制因素占主导地位,各生态因子间存在显著相关性。⑤长柄扁桃光补偿点(LCP)、光饱和点(LSP)分别为25.69 和2 175.53 μmol/(m2·s)。CO2补偿点(CCP)、CO2饱和点(CSP)分别为57.30和1 085.19 μmol/mol。【结论】 长柄扁桃具有广泛的光强利用范围以及强大的光合潜能,综合表现出喜光且高效的光合特性。

Study on photosynthetic characteristic of sand Amygdalus pedunculata Pall.

Abstract:
【Objective】 The study is to confirm the comparatively adaptive ability of Amygdalus pedunculata Pall.through experiment,which would provide theoretical basis for large-scale cultivation and sustainable development for Amygdalus pedunculata.【Method】 Four-year-old A.pedunculata Pall.in Ordos Desert was taken as the subject to study its physiology and ecology with the Li-6400 photosynthetic instrument.【Result】 ①The curves of diurnal variation of net photosynthesis rate in leaves of A.pedunculata Pall.show two peaks,occurring at 12:00,and midday depression ofPn is found in leaves.②There is a wide range in the ecological factors of the young trees of A.pedunculata Pall.The peak value of two-year-old A.pedunculata Pall.net photosynthesis rate comes early than before;③The major physiological factors that affect the diurnal variation of Pnof A.pedunculata Pall.are Gs,Tr,PAR.④The reasons for midday depression of photosynthesis is mainly due to the stomatal limitation,and all kinds of ecological factors show significant relativity.⑤The LCP and LSP of A.pedunculata Pall.are 25.69 and 2 175.53 μmol/(m2·s),respectively,CCP and CSP are 57.30 and 1 085.19 μmol/mol,respectively.【Conclusion】 As a result of the complex climate in Ordos Desert,the sand A.Pedunculata Pall.takes on a broad range of solar energy utilization and powerful photosynthetic potential.As a whole,sand A.pedunculata Pall.is a solar plant with great efficiency in photosynthesis,which has an important role in ecosystem of desert.
