| 【目的】 研究兰州百合及有斑百合的染色体核型。【方法】 利用染色体常规压片的方法，对兰州百合和有斑百合的染色体数目及核型进行了研究和分析。【结果 】 兰州百合的核型公式为2n＝2x=24=2m+2sm+6st+14t，相对长度为6.35%～12.07%，核型不对称系数为83.25%，染色体相对差异较大。有斑百合的核型公式为2n=2x=24=4m+12st+8t，相对长度为6.11%～12.90%，核型不对称系数为80.11%。【结论】 兰州百合的核型类型属于3A型，有斑百合的核型类型为3B型，以有斑百合核型的进化较高，可见不同居群的百合间核型存在差异。 |

| 【Objective】 The research studied the karyotypes of Lilium davidii var.unicolor and Lilium concolor var. buschianum Baker..【Method】 The chromosomes were tested and analyzed through normal method for preparing sides with the technique of microphotography.【Result】 The results showed that the karyotypes formula of Lilium davidii var.unicolor was 2n＝x=24=2m+2sm+6st+14t,the range of the relative length 6.35%-12.07%,K% 83.25%.The karyotypes formula of Lilium concolor var. buschianum was 2n=2x=24=4m+12st+8t,the range of the relative length 6.11%-12.90%,K% 80.11%.【Conclusion】 The karyotype of Lilium davidii var.unicolor belongs to 3A,and the karyotype of Lilium concolor var. buschianum Baker.belongs to 3B.There are a few variations in the relative chromosome. |
