新城疫病毒和苦马豆素联合抗肿瘤试验中瘤组织的病理变化及IL-6的表达

摘要:
【目的】 运用免疫组化SP法,测定新城疫病毒(NDV)和苦马豆素(SW)联合治疗肿瘤时IL-6在肿瘤组织中的表达,探究生物因素治疗肿瘤过程中细胞因子的作用。【方法】 通过建立S37肿瘤模型鼠,将48只S37肿瘤模型鼠随机分成4组,即NDV治疗组、SW治疗组、NDV联合SW治疗组和对照组,从建立肿瘤模型当日起,于第4,8,12和16天取各组肿瘤制作石蜡切片,用HE染色法和免疫组化法观察荷瘤机体中肿瘤的组织形态学变化及IL-6分布的差异。【结果】 各治疗组在肿瘤病理组织学和IL-6分布上与对照组差异显著。从病理组织学变化和IL-6阳性反应的强弱可知,NDV弱毒和SW联用组的阳性反应最强,其次是NDV治疗组,最后是SW治疗组。【结论】 SW和NDV联合治疗肿瘤的效果最好,在生物因素刺激下,IL-6在抑制肿瘤细胞方面具有一定作用。

Cooperating antitumor effects of the NDV with SW and IL-6 expressions in the tumor tissues
Abstract:
【Objective】 The study determined the expressions of IL-6 on cancer tissue by SP method in curing cancer by NDV and SW and explored the influnce of cytokines in cancer therapy by biogical factors. 【Method】 After building the cancer models,48 cancer models were divided into four groups:control group,NDV group, SW group and NDV+SW group.From the day building the cancer models,tumors were removed from every group on the 4th,8th,12th,16th day respectively.By making olefin slice,we observed the pathological changes in tumors in the way of HE staining and changes of the distribution of IL-6 in the way of immunohistochemistry. 【Result】 The results suggested that all groups had significant difference from control group in pathological changes and expression changes of IL-6.Strong or weak,we can see from the positive reaction that NDV and SW group had the strongest expression,then NDV group and finally SW group.【Conclusion】 It should get better effects if NDV and SW and used together during cancer curing.And IL-6 stimulated by NDV or SW can have some good effects in cancer therapy by biogical factors.
