不同玉米品种籽粒产量和秸秆体外干物质消化率研究

摘要:
[目的]了解玉米品种籽粒产量与秸秆饲用品质的关系.[方法]以44个玉米品种为材料,采用大田试验和近红外光谱技术相结合的方法,通过方差分析、频次分布和正态分布检测,分析玉米籽粒产量和秸秆体外干物质消化率(IVDMD)的变化特点,并应用聚类分析划分品种类型.[结果]品种间籽粒产量和秸秆IVDMD均存在极显著差异(P<0.01).籽粒产量平均值为9 264.9 kg/hm2,秸秆IVDMD符合正态分布N(0.446,0.3432),籽粒产量和秸秆IVDMD的变化分别为7 024.5~11 463.0 kg/hm2 和38.60%~51.74%,两者间的相关性不显著(P>0.05).以籽粒产量和秸秆IVDMD为分析变量,将44个玉米品种划分为4类:籽粒产量和秸秆IVDMD双低型(LGLS)、籽粒产量低秸秆IVDMD高型(LGHS)、籽粒产量高秸秆IVDMD低型(HGLS)、籽粒产量和秸秆IVDMD双高型(HGHS),各类型分别占样品总数的18.18%,18.18%,43.18%和20.46%.[结论]玉米籽粒产量与秸秆IVDMD无必然的相关性,可根据品种的利用目标对籽粒或秸秆进行分别选择;目前HGHS型品种相对较少,应加强此类型玉米品种的选育工作.

Grain yield and stover IVDMD of maize among different varieties
Abstract:
【Objective】 The study was done to understand the correlation between grain yield and stover IVDMD of maize. 【Method】 Grain yield and stover IVDMD of 44 maize varieties were studied by applying field experiments and technique of near infrared reflectance spectroscopy.Through variance analysis,frequency distribution and testing of normality,variation characteristics of traits were analyzed.The varieties were classified by cluster analysis.【Result】 Significant(P<0.01) varieties dependent variations were observed for grain yield and stover IVDMD of maize. Mean value of grain yield was 9 264.9 kg/hm2 and stover IVDMD was in accordance with normal distribution N(0.446,0.343 2).Ranges were 7 024.5-11 463.0 kg/hm2 and 38.60%-51.74% respectively.Grain yield was not significant with stover IVDMD(P>0.05). The varieties could be classified into 4 types:low grain yield with low stover IVDMD(LGLS),low grain yield with high stover IVDMD(LGHS), high grain yield with low stover IVDMD(HGLS),and high grain yield with high stover IVDMD(HGHS),their proportions being 18.18%,18.18%,43.18% and 20.46%,respectively.【Conclusion】 There was no inevitable correlation between grain yield and stover IVDMD of maize and it was feasible to select variety according to corresponding objectives.Maize varieties were short of HGHS type now,and it was suggested that breeding and selection for this type should be strengthened.
