饮水硼对固始鸡中枢免疫器官发育的影响

摘要:
[目的]研究饮水硼对固始鸡胸腺和法式囊质量、器官指数及组织结构发育的影响,为硼在畜禽养殖业中的正确使用提供理论论据.[方法]将240羽1 d固始鸡随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,饮水中硼质量浓度分别为0,100,200和400 mg/L,试验期6周.每周末每组取鸡10羽解剖,取胸腺和法氏囊,称质量,常规石蜡切片制作,HE染色、显微观察与摄影.[结果](1)试验Ⅰ组4~6周固始鸡胸腺器官指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组胸腺和法氏囊质量及器官指数显著或极显著低于同周龄对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).(2)试验Ⅰ组1~2周胸腺和法氏囊组织结构轻微退化,3~6周逐渐恢复并表现较明显的促进作用.试验Ⅱ组器官组织结构变化与试验Ⅰ组相似,但早期退化更为明显,且后期恢复较为缓慢.试验Ⅲ组1~2周胸腺和法氏囊组织结构退化严重,实质因淋巴细胞急剧减少而明显萎缩或急剧退化.[结论]100 mg/L硼对固始鸡中枢免疫器官早期发育有轻微抑制作用,但可明显促进其后期发育;高剂量硼(硼质量浓度≥200 mg/L)对固始鸡中枢免疫器官的发育(尤其是早期发育)有明显抑制甚至毒性作用.

Effect of drinking boron supplemented on the development of center immune organs in Gushi chickens
Abstract:
【Objective】 The research studied the effect of drinking boron supplemented on the weight,organ index and structure of thymus and bursa of Fabricius in Gushi chickens.【Method】 In the study,240 one day-old healthy Gushi chickens were randomly divided into four treatments,and fed with drinking water supplemented 0,100,200 and 400 mg/L boron for six weeks.Ten chickens in each group and totally 40 were selected and dissected on weekend,the thymus and the bursa of Fabricius were obtained,weighed and fixed in Bouin liquid,made into paraffin section,stained with HE,observed by microscope and photographed by micro-projector.【Result】 Compared with control groups of the same age,the organ index of thymus in experiment group I from 4th to 6th week-age increased significantly (P<0.05);the weight and organs index of thymus and bursa of Fabricius of every week age in experimrnt group Ⅲ decreased significantly or most significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Under the light microscope,the structure of thymus and bursa of Fabricius of experiment group I degenerated slightly from 1st to 2nd week-age,but the structure of them recovered and developed well from 3rd to 6thweek-age.The law of structure changes of immune organs in experiment group Ⅱ were similar to that of experiment group I,but the degeneration of organs from 1st to 2nd week-age was obvious and the reablement of them from 3rd to 6th week-age was delayed.Compared with control groups and other experiment groups,the structure of thymus and bursa of Fabricius in experiment group Ⅲ the parenchyma of the thymus and bursa of Fabricius depauperated obviously or degenerated sharply for lymphocytes decreased rapidly from 1st to 2nd week-age.【Conclution】 Drinking water supplemented 100 mg/L Boron could inhibit slightly the development of the thymus and bursa of Fabricus in the chickens aged less than 2 weeks.The evidence that the development of immune organs 2 weeks later had improved obviously demonstrated that boron probably could promote the development of immune organs.But supplemented high dose boron (≥200 mg/L B),the normal development of immune organs, especially at the early stage (before 2 weeks),was significantly inhibited,and even exhibited toxicity function.
