7个草木樨品种的耐盐性研究

摘要:
[目的]比较7个草木樨品种的耐盐性,为抗盐草木樨品种的选育提供依据.[方法]以7个耐盐草木樨品种种子为材料,用不同浓度NaCl(NaCl浓度分别为0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25,0.30和0.35 mol/L)胁迫处理后,测算其种子的发芽率、相对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚芽长度、相对胚芽长度和耐盐指数.[结果]在盐胁迫下,随盐浓度的增加,各品种草木樨种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和胚芽长度均呈下降趋势,不同品种草木樨对盐胁迫的反应不同.各草木樨品种对低浓度(≤0.10 mol/L)盐胁迫有一定的适应性,但随盐浓度的增加其受抑制程度加剧.[结论]7个草木樨品种的耐盐性强弱顺序为:白花草木樨和林格尔草木樨赤峰草木樨宁夏草木樨呼和浩特草木樨黑龙江草木樨伊盟准格尔草木樨.

Abstract:
【Objective】 Salt tolerance of seven Melilotus varieties was compared to provide basis for breeding salt tolerance of Melilotus suaveolens varieties.【Method】 In different NaCl salt stress solution concentrations (which were 0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25,0.3,0.35 mol/L),the seven salt tolerance of Melilotus varieties of the germination percentage was calculated,including the relative germination percentage,seed potentiality,germination index,the sprouts length,the relative sprouts length and the salt index.【Result】 Under the condition of salt stress,the germination percentage,germination index and sprouts growth of different Melilotus seeds had declined tendency with increasing salt content, different varieties had different salt stress reaction.The different Melilotus varieties under the condition of the low content (1ower than 0.10 mol/L) salt stress showed certain degree of adaptability,but with the increase of salt content,the inhibitory concentration level also increased.【Conclusion】 The salt tolerance of seven varieties of Melilotus strength follow such order as:white flowers Melilotus>HeLinGeEr Melilotus>ChiFeng Melilotus>NingXia Melilotus>HuHeHaoTe Melilotus>HeiLongjJiang Melilotus>YiMengZhunGeEr Melilotus.
