采前ALA处理对菠菜采后品质及生理生化特性的影响

摘要:
【目的】探讨采前喷施5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-aminolevuliniaid,ALA)对采后菠菜品质及其生理生化特性的影响,为ALA在园艺作物生产上的应用提供科学依据。【方法】以‘日本春秋大叶菠菜’为试材,在两叶期每隔2周喷1次ALA(0.06 g/m2),以喷清水为对照,至菠菜采收为止,期间共处理4次。菠菜采收后进行相关品质分析,并进行冷藏测定相关生理指标。【结果】与对照相比,ALA处理使菠菜干重比提高了14.3%;可溶性糖和Vc含量分别增加了4.64%和2.08%;叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量分别提高0.72%和22.8%。采后冷藏期间,与对照相比,ALA处理推迟了呼吸高峰和乙烯高峰的出现,峰值分别降低了1.7%和2.4%;ALA对相对细胞膜透性和丙二醛含量的增加有一定的延缓作用;并抑制了O-.2的累积,使超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)保持了较高的活性。【结论】ALA在一定程度上提高了菠菜的营养品质,延缓了菠菜的衰老。

Effects of ALA on quality and physiological and biochemical characteristics of post-harvest spinach
Abstract:
【Objective】 The study applied ALA on spinach to study the effects of ALA on quality,post-harvest storability and changes of reactive oxygen during cold storage in order to provide a basis for the applying on gardening crops.【Method】 The variety of spinach is Japanese spring and autumn big leave spinach.ALA(0.06 g/m2)was applied when the spinach had two leaves every two weeks with water as CK.The treatment was repeated four times before harvesting spinach.After harvesting analysis was done about quality and the relative physiological indexs during cold storage were measured.【Result】 Compared with CK,the treatment of ALA can increase the dry weight about 14.3%;the content of soluble surge and VC increased 4.64% and 2.08% separately;the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein increased 0.72% and 22.8% separately.During cold storage,ALA treatment decreased the respiration and ETH production rates,the peak decreased about 1.7% and 2.4%.It slowed down the increase in the relative membrane and permeability and MDA content,inhibited the O-.2 accumulation,maintained a higher level of the activities of SOD,CAT,POD,APX during storage.【Conclusion】 ALA treatment increased the quality of spinach and postphoned the spinach senescence. 
