| [目的]明确叶面施用沼液对苹果树营养生长和果实品质的效应,探索不同施肥时期苹果树叶面喷施沼液的最佳施用浓度和喷施次数.[方法]以沼液为肥源,在施肥期对苹果树叶面喷施不同浓度(0%,50%,75%,100%)和不同次数(1,2,3次)的沼液,通过二因素随机区组试验,分析苹果树叶面喷施沼液对果树营养和苹果品质的影响.[结果]与对照相比,喷施适当浓度和次数的沼液,可使苹果树新枝长增加4.41%～33.14%,相对叶绿素含量增加7.11%～30.29%,单果重提高3.07%～15.34%,苹果纵径增加1.01%～7.41%,横径增加1.63%～6.08%,硬度提高4.44%～18.88%,可溶性固形物含量提高0.74%～15.44%,可滴定酸降低1.11%～25.41%,固酸比增加4.93%～36.68%,维生素C提高4.03%～72.32%.[结论]对苹果树喷施沼液处理有利于果树的营养生长,但影响并不显著,喷施沼液对果实品质有改善作用,以75%沼液喷施3次的施肥处理组合最为理想. |

| 【Objective】 The experiment identified the effect of spraying anaerobic fermentation slurry on apple trees,growth and fruit quality and investigated the optimal concentration and times of anaerobic fermentation slurry on apple trees during different periods.【Method】 The experiment was carried out through two-factor randomized block design，and two factors were concentration （0％，50％，75％，100％）and frequency（1,2 or 3 times）.【Result】 The result shows that applying proper concentration and times of anaerobic fermentation slurry on the leaves of apple trees increased the new branch width by 4.41%-33.14%,relative chlorophyll content by 7.11%-30.29%,fruit weight by 3.07%-15.34%,and fruit length by 1.01%-7.41%,fruit width by 1.63%-6.08%,rigidity of fruit by 4.44%-18.88%,total soluble solid content by 0.74%-15.44%,solid acid ratio by 4.93%-36.68%,vitamin C by 4.03%-72.32%,but reduced titratable acidity by 1.11%-25.41%.【Conclusion】 Anaerobic fermentation slurry can improve the growth of apple tree but the effect is not very significant. Anaerobic fermentation slurry have significant effects on fruit quality.The optimal treatment,which can promote fruit quality,is spraying 75% anaerobic fermentation slurry 3 times on the leaves of apple tree. |
