17-β雌二醇对去卵巢大鼠垂体前叶IFN-γ表达的影响

摘要:
[目的]探讨雌激素对去卵巢大鼠垂体前叶γ干扰素(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)表达的影响.[方法]将大鼠分为对照组(CG组)、去卵巢组(OVX组)和去卵巢并用17-β雌二醇治疗组(OVX E2组),应用免疫组化SP法检测不同时程各组大鼠垂体前叶IFN-γ免疫阳性物质含量的变化特点.[结果]去卵巢后不同时程,OVX组大鼠垂体前叶IFN-γ表达较CG组显著减少(P<0.05);OVX E2组大鼠IFN-γ表达显著回升(P<0.05),且在第4周时回升至CG组水平.[结论]雌激素对大鼠垂体前叶IFN-γ免疫阳性物质的表达有明显影响,提示IFN-γ可能以自分泌或旁分泌方式,参与雌激素对垂体前叶调节功能的部分作用.

Effects of 17-β-Estradiol on IFN-γ in anterior pituitary of ovariectomized rats
Abstract:
【Objective】 The research was to study the effects of 17-β-Estradiol on IFN-γ in anterior pituitary of ovariectomized rat.【Method】 Rats were divided into three groups,namely control group,ovariectomized group and group treated with 17-β-Estradiol.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to investigate the intensity of IFN-γ like immunoreactive substance in anterior pituitary of ovariectomized and treated with 17-β-Estradiol rats.【Result】 As a result,in different periods after ovariectomy,contrast with the control group,the expression of IFN-γ in anterior pituitary of the ovariectomized group was significantly decreased.After being treated with 17-β-Estradiol,the expression of IFN-γ had a remarkble increase and almost returned to the normal level in the fourth week.【Conclusion】 All the results illustrated that estradiol had a remarkable effect on IFN-γ like immunoreactive substance in rat anterior pituitary,and it seemed that part of estradiol’effects on anterior pituitary might be mediated by regulating the expression of IFN-γ.
