| 土壤-枇杷系统中8种微量元素的吸收、分配和富集 |

| 摘要: |
| [目的]了解土壤一枇杷系统中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Hg、As等8种微量元素的吸收、分配情况,分析其富集特征和生理学机理,以期为枇杷良好的农业规范(GAP)生产提供理论依据.[方法]以土壤和“解放钟”枇杷根、茎、叶、果实为试材,用梅花形采样法随机采集土壤样品和枇杷植株样品,对8种微量元素含量进行测定,采用试验标准偏差对结果进行质量控制,采用数理统计方法进行数据分析.[结果]Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Hg、As在土壤中的含量分别为2 318.22,2 007.28,158.80,957.58,63.89,2.167,0.196,31.66 mg/kg,植株中分别为183.92,333.88,25.69,140.96,15.99,0.164,0.021 2,1.20 mg/kg;在土壤中的分配比例分别为92.65%,85.74%,86.08%,87.17%,79.98%,92.96%,90.24%,96.35%,植株中分别为7.35%,14.26%,13.92%,12.83%,20.02%,7.04%,9.76%,3.65%.Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Hg、As在植株中总的富集系数分别为7.934×10-2,16.663×10-2,16.117×10-2,14.720×10-2,25.028×10-2,7.568×10-2,10.816×10-2,3.787×10-2.各种元素在土壤与植株不同器官中的分配比例和富集能力不同,Fe、Pb和As表现均为土壤>根>茎>叶>果实,Mn和Zn均表现为土壤>叶>茎>根>果实,Hg为土壤>根>叶>果实>茎,Cd则是土壤>茎>根>果实>叶,Cu为土壤>根>果实>叶>茎.[结论]土壤-枇杷系统中8种微量元素的吸收、分配及富集存在差异,总的富集趋势为Pb>Mn>Cu>Zn>Hg>Fe>Cd>AS. |

| Abstract: |
| 【Objective】 The study was done to understand the absorption and distribution of eight trace elements including Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,Hg and As in the soil-loquat system,and to analyze its enrichment and physiological features of the mechanism,with a view to provide a theoretical basis for Loquat GAP(Good agricultural practices).【Method】 With soil and caudexs,leaves,fruits of “Jiefangzhong” Loquat roots as materials,soil and Loquat samples were collected randomly,the contents of 8 trace elements were tested and the results were quality controlled with a standare deviation,and the data analysis was done with mathematical statistics.【Result】 The contents of Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,Hg and As in the soil were respectively 2 318.22,2 007.28,158.80,957.58,63.89,2.167,0.196, 31.66 mg/kg,and 183.92,333.88,25.69,140.96,15.99,0.164, 0.021 2,1.20 mg/kg in the plant;their distribution in the soil for the respective ratios were 92.65%,85.74%,86.08%,87.17%,79.98%,92.96%,90.24%,96.35%,in the plant 7.35%,14.26%,13.92%,12.83%,20.02%,7.04%,9.76%,3.65%.The plant total enrichment coefficients of Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,Hg and As were 7.934×10-2,16.663×10-2,16.117×10-2,14.720×10-2,25.028×10-2,7.568×10-2,10.816×10-2,3.787×10-2.Various elements in the soil and different organs of the plant in the distribution and the proportion of different enrichment capabilities,Fe,Pb and As performance of both soil>root>caudex>leaf>fruit,Mn and Zn for the performance of both soil>leaf>caudex>root>fruit,Hg soil>root>leaf>fruit>caudex,Cd soil>caudex>root>fruit>leaf,Cu soil>root>fruit>leaf>caudex.【Conclusion】 There are differences in the absorption,distribution and enrichment between eight trace elements in soil-loquat system,the overall trend of enrichment is Pb>Mn>Cu>Zn>Hg>Fe>Cd>As |
