柿资源叶片中抗坏血酸和谷胱甘肽含量的多样性研究

摘要:
[目的]了解柿资源叶片抗坏血酸(ASA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的多样性及其之间的关系.[方法]以国家柿资源圃75份柿资源为试材,于2006-08采集叶片并对其抗坏血酸(ASA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及氧化还原状态的多样性进行了测定比较.[结果]在测试的75份柿资源叶片中,总ASA(T-ASA)含量(27.17~147.20 μmol/g)、总GSH(T-GSH)含量(0.215~1.030 μmol/g)及其氧化还原状态存在明显的多样性,其中在53种我国地方涩柿品种间的多样性尤为显著;柿叶片中T-ASA含量与ASA氧化程度间存在明显的负相关(R2=0.520 7),而T-GSH与GSH氧化程度及T-ASA与T-GSH含量间均不存在相关性(R2分别为0.182 7和0.059 8).[结论]在开发ASA保健产品及研究ASA在植物体内的形成机理方面,柿资源叶片可作为候选材料,尤其是我国地方柿品种.

Diversity of ascorbate and glutathione content in leaves of persimmon germplasm
Abstract:
【Objective】 The study investigated the diversities of and relationship between ascorbate (ASA) and glutathione level in leaves of persimmon germplasm.【Method】 Ascorbate and glutathione content and their redox state were assayed in leaves of 75 persimmon genotypes which grow in National Persimmon Germplasm Repository in China.【Result】 Obvious diversity of ascorbate content(from 27.17 to 147.20 μmol/g) and glutathione content(from 0.215 to 1.030 μmol/g) and their redox state were detected amongst 75 persimmon genotypes,especially amongst 53 acerbity varieties grown widely in China.Moreover,negative correlation between T-ASA content and the percent of DHA was also discovered in leaves of persimmon genotypes and R2=0.527,but no significant correlation between T-GSH content and the percent of GSSG,T-ASA content and T-GSH content was found.【Conclusion】 These results suggested that persimmon,especially acerbity varieties grown widely in China,may be good candidates in exploring and developing high ASA products and studying mechanism for ASA formation in plants.
