高抗冻混凝土的研究与应用

摘要:
[目的]研制适用于西北寒冷地区水工高抗冻性混凝土.[方法]配制不同水灰比、外加剂(引气剂,减水剂)掺量和粉煤灰掺量的混凝土,对其进行抗压、抗拉强度和抗冻融试验,分析以上因素对混凝土抗冻性能的影响,以优化水灰比,外加剂和粉煤灰掺量.配制高抗冻混凝土并将其应用于工程实践中,测定其坍落度、含气量、抗压强度和抗冻性,验证该混凝土的实用性.[结果]在水胶比为0.45时,混凝土中加入0.2 g/kg引气剂、5.0 g/kg减水剂和200 g/kg粉煤灰,其28 d抗压强度达到33.8 MPa,抗冻次数300次.经工程实际应用验证,该混凝土实用性满足C30F300高抗冻混凝土要求.[结论]在水胶比为0.45时,向普通混凝土中加入0.2 g/kg引气剂、5.0 g/kg减水剂和200 g/kg粉煤灰,其强度、抗冻耐久性完全能满足高抗冻混凝土要求,适用于西北寒冷地区水电工程建设.

Research and application of high frost-resistance concrete
Abstract:
【Objective】 This study is to acquire high frost-resistance concrete used in cold northwest areas.【Method】 This paper macroscopically analyzes the capabilities(compressive,tensile strength and frostresisting property) of concrete with different W/C ratios and admixtures.Aiming to acquire high frost-resistance concrete,the research not only optimizes the volume of admixtures and fly ash,but also provides a good mix proportion of high frost-resistance concrete.Through measuring the slump,air content,strength and frost-resistance ability of this concrete,the paper testifies its practicabilities for application in hydraulic engineering. 【Result】 The study consequence revealed that,based on the W/C ratio 0.45,added 0.2 g/kg air entraining admixture,5.0 g/kg water reducing admixture and 200 g/kg fly ash,the concrete has good compressive strength capability 33.8 MPa, high frost-resistance ability 300 times.Through testing application of this concrete in hydraulic engineering,the practicabiliyies satisfy the demands of concrete C30F300.【Conclusion】 With the W/C ratio 0.45,adding 0.2 g/kg air entraining admixture,5.0 g/kg water reducing admixture and 200 g/kg fly ash into ordinary concrete,its strength and frost-resistance abilities fully satisfy the requirement of high frost-resistance concrete which is applicable in the construction of hydraulic engineering in northwest cold area.
