8种植物杀灭鱼类指环虫的活性部位研究

摘要:
[目的]确定曼陀罗、博落回、小果博落回、银杏、蛇床子、鸦胆子、木通和槟榔等8种植物杀灭鱼类指环虫的活性部位.[方法]制备感染指环虫的金鱼模型.分别用石油醚、氯仿、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、乙醇、正丁醇和水提取曼陀罗等8种植物的有效成分,并检测其杀灭指环虫的生物活性,根据其杀虫效果来确定8种植物各自的活性部位.[结果]曼陀罗、博落回、蛇床子和银杏外种皮的氯仿提取物,鸦胆子和小果博落回的石油醚提取物及木通和槟榔的正丁醇提取物对金鱼指环虫的杀灭活性较强.[结论]曼陀罗、博落回、蛇床子和银杏外种皮杀灭指环虫的活性部位为氯仿提取物;鸦胆子和小果博落回的活性部位为石油醚提取物;木通和槟榔的活性部位为正丁醇提取物.

Study on active site of 8 plants to control the Dactylogyrus of fish
Abstract:
【Objective】 This study is to determine the killing active sites of 8 plants to Dactylogyrus.【Method】 The 8 plants with killing activity to Dactylogyrus were extracted by using petroleum ether,chloroform,acetone,acetic ether,ethanol,N-butanol and water.Then the killing activties of those extractions were tested.【Result】 The results showed that the chloroform extracts of Datura.metel L.,Macleaya cordata,Cnidium monnieri(L).Cuss.and Ginkgo biloba L have a better activity to control Dactylogyrus,the petroleum ether extracts of Brucea javanica(L.) Merr.and Macleaya microcarpa (maxim).Fedde have a better activity to control Dactylogyrus,the N-butanol extracts of Akebia quinata (Thunb.) Dence.and Areca catechu L. have a better activity to control Dactylogyrus.【Conclusion】 The active sites of Datura.metel L.,Macleaya cordata,Cnidium monnieri(L).Cuss.and Ginkgo biloba L.are chloroform extracts.The active sites of Brucea javanica(L.) Merr.and Macleaya microcarpa (maxim).Fedde are petroleum ether extracts.The active sites of Akebia quinata (Thunb.) Dence.and Areca catechu L are N-butanol extracts.
