| [目的]探明打顶对烟株生理代谢的影响机理.[方法]以从古巴引进的雪茄外色皮烟为材料,采用盆栽试验,研究不同施氮水平下(0,5,10,15 g/盆),打顶前后烟株根系活力,以及根系、根系伤流液和叶片中内源激素(IAA、ABA)含量的动态变化.[结果]打顶对烟株生理活动影响很大,打顶后烟株的根系活力,根系、根系伤流液及叶片中IAA和ABA含量基本均呈增加趋势,并出现峰值.不同氮素水平下,烟株对打顶的刺激反应不同,随着施氮量的增加,打顶对烟株的影响明显增强.[结论]打顶有利于提高雪茄外包皮烟根系的活力,增加根系、伤流液及叶片中内源激素IAA和ABA含量.高氮水平下,烟株对打顶的响应较为强烈. |

| Effect of topping on the root activity and endogenous hormone content of cigar wrapper |

| Abstract: |
| 【Objective】 The study is to determine the effect of topping on root activity and endogenous hormone of cigar wrapper.【Method】 Dynamic changes of root activity,IAA & ABA content in root,root-bleeding sap and leaves of cigar wrapper under different N levels (0,5,10,15 g/pot) before and after topping were determined.【Result】 The results showed that root activity,IAA & ABA content in root,root-bleeding sap and leaves had an increasing trend after topping,and this reaction was enhanced obviously with the N levels increased.【Conclusion】 Topping is favorable to increase root activity,IAA & ABA content in root,root bleeding sap and leaves of cigar wrapper.It is even stronger at higher N level application. |
