| 由于16S rRNA基因序列的保守性和存在的普遍性,应用16S rRNA作为分子指标已逐渐成为微生物检测和分类鉴定的一种强有力工具.文章就该基因的特征、研究方法、检测方法及临床应用与研究的新进展等作以简要综述,同时对存在的问题进行了探讨. |
