| 为了研究山羊IGFBP3基因多态及其与繁殖、生长发育性状的关系，利用HaeⅢ、TaqⅠ、Alw26Ⅰ和XspⅠ限制性内切酶分析了74只西农萨能奶山羊IGFBP3基因RFLP，并利用最小二乘分析法研究了其多态性与产羔数、初生质量、成年质量、体尺性状的关联性。结果表明，仅在XspⅠ位点发现西农萨能奶山羊群体表现多态性，存在GG、GA和AA 3种基因型，G等位基因频率为0.682 5，A等位基因频率为0.317 5，处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。西农萨能奶山羊IGFBP3 XspⅠ基因座不同基因型与第2胎产羔数存在显著相关（P<0.05），且与初生质量也存在显著相关(P<0.05)，GG基因型个体初生质量显著高于AA、GA基因型个体（P<0.05）。表明西农萨能奶山羊群体IGFBP3基因存在XspⅠ位点多态，且该位点对产羔性状和初生质量有显著影响。 |

| The object of this paper was to study the association of polymorphism of IGFBP3 gene with production traits so that it could provide scientific information about goat marker assisted section (MAS).PCR-RFLP technique was used to analyze the polymorphisms of IGFBP3 with HaeⅢ,TaqⅠ,Alw26Ⅰ and XspⅠin 74 Xinong Saanen dairy goats,and least square means method was adopted to analyze the association of polymorphism with litter size and body size.The polymorphism of IGFBP3 gene was only detected by XspⅠ PCR-RFLP methods and three genotypes were found in Xinong Saanen dairy goat.The frequency of “G” and “A” allele were 0.682 5 and 0.317 5,respectively.The analyzed population was in Hardy Weinberg equilibrium.Moreover,the result showed significant relationship between XspⅠ polymorphism with litter size of the second birth and birth weight.The individuals with GG genotype had better performance than those of GA and AA genotype (P<0.05).The XspⅠ polymorphism of IGFBP3 gene was detected in Xinong Saanen dairy goat and had significantly effect on litter size and birth weight. |
