高产纤维素酶菌株的筛选及其产酶条件研究

摘要:
为了得到高产纤维素酶菌株和确定其最优生产发酵工艺,采用比色法对供试的Z1、Z2、Z3、W2、W5、FG10、FG209、H8和A8等9株真菌进行筛选,对筛选出的高产纤维素酶菌株进行初步鉴定,并对其最佳产酶条件进行了研究。结果表明,FG10和FG20为高产纤维素酶菌株;FG10的最适产酶条件为豆粕0.3 g/kg,pH 4.8,35℃培养48 h;FG20的最适产酶条件为油渣0.2 g/kg,pH 4.4,35℃培养48 h;2株菌均属曲霉属,其中菌株FG10为烟曲霉,菌株FG20为米曲霉。

Reseach on screening and culture conditions of a hign cellulose-producing strain
Abstract:
To find the strains with high cellulose and ascertain the best ferment conditions,isolated strains from 9 strains fungi were screened by colorimetry and the optimal producing conditions were studied and the screened strains with high cellulose were preliminarily identified.The results showed that FG10 and FG20 were high cellulose-producing strains.The optimum nitrogen source for FG10 was 0.3 g/kg bean pulp,pH 4.8,temperature was 35 ℃,and culture time 48 h;the optimum nitrogen source for FG20 was 0.2 g/kg fat residue,pH 4.4,temperature 35 ℃,and culture time 48 h.Both two strains were identified as Aspergillus,in which FG10 was Aspergillus fumigatus,and FG20 was Aspergillus oryzae.
