多效唑包衣处理对番茄种子活力和幼苗质量的影响

摘要:
为了防控幼苗徒长,培育番茄壮苗,以未包衣种子为对照,研究了不同质量浓度(50,150,300,600 mg/L)多效唑包衣对番茄种子发芽率、出苗率、幼苗株高、茎粗、单株干鲜重、壮苗指数、根系活力和叶片游离脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,多效唑包衣处理能够延迟番茄种子平均发芽和出苗时间,但对种子发芽率和田间出苗率无显著影响;用150~300 mg/L多效唑包衣番茄种子能有效降低苗高,增加茎粗、单株干鲜重和叶片游离脯氨酸含量,提高根系活力和壮苗指数,有利于培育番茄壮苗;多效唑包衣番茄种子的最佳处理浓度为150 mg/L。

Effect of seed film coating with paclobtrazol on seed vigor and seedlings' quality of tomato
Abstract:
In order to control seedlings’excessive growth and cultivate high quality seedlings,the influences of seed film coating with different concentration (50,150,300,600 mg/L) of paclobtrazol on seed germination and emergence rate,seedlings’height,stem width,per seedling's fresh and dry weight,quality index,root vigor and the content of proline were studied contrasted with uncoated seed in the experiment.The results showed that seed film coating with 150~300 mg/L paclobtrazol could significantly reduce seedlings’height,increase stem width,seedling's fresh and dry weight per plant and the content of proline of leaves and promote the quality index and root vigor,which was beneficial to strong breeding and vigorous seedlings.Although the average time of germination and emergence was delayed,there were no significant influences on coated seed germination and emergence rate.The optimum concentration of paclobtrazol in the experiment was 150 mg/L.
