铬渣中Cr(Ⅵ)在盐溶液中的浸出机理

摘要:
为了探索新的铬渣解毒技术,利用浸提交换法对铬渣中Cr(Ⅵ)在NaCl、NaOH、Na3PO4、NaNO3、Na2CO3和Na2SO4溶液中的浸出规律进行了比较研究。结果表明,在NaCl、NaOH、Na3PO4和NaNO3溶液中,Cr(Ⅵ)的浸出率无明显提高,而Na2SO4溶液和Na2CO3溶液对Cr(Ⅵ)的浸出则有显著的促进作用,当Na2SO4和Na2CO3溶液浓度为0.25 mol/L时,Cr(Ⅵ)浸出率分别为56%和77%,并且Cr(Ⅵ)的浸出率随阴离子浓度的增加而增加,浸出率曲线符合Langmuir吸附公式,表明Na2SO4和Na2CO3对铬渣中Cr(Ⅵ)的浸出机理为离子交换;吸附平衡常数的拟合值表明,Na2SO4溶液对Cr(Ⅵ)的浸出能力大于Na2SO4溶液。

Study on leaching mechanism of hexavalent chromium leaching from chromium residue in salt solutions
Abstract:
To explore a new detoxication technology of chromium residue,hexavalent chromium(Cr(Ⅵ)) leaching from chromium residue in NaCl,NaOH,Na3PO4,NaNO3,Na2CO3,and Na2SO4 solutions was comparatively studied by extraction exchange method.The results showed that,in NaCl,NaOH,Na3PO4,NaNO3 solution,there was no significant improvement in leaching rate of Cr(Ⅵ) from chromium residue,however,Na2CO3 and Na2SO4 could significantly enhance the leaching rate of Cr(Ⅵ),and the leaching rates were 56% and 77%,respectively,when the concentration of salt solution was 1 mol/L.With the of increasing concentration of anion,the leaching rate of Cr(Ⅵ) increased,moreover,the leaching curves followed Langmuir adsorption isotherm,which suggested the leaching principle of Cr(Ⅵ) was ion-exchange.Simulation results of absorption equilibrium constants showed the leaching ability of Na2CO3 was higher than that of Na2SO4.
