大果水晶梨采后生理生化变化研究

摘要:
为了研究贮藏温度对大果水晶梨采后生理生化变化的影响,以大果水晶梨为试材,在(1±0.5) ℃,(3±0.5) ℃,(5±0.5) ℃和室温(16~22) ℃条件下进行了贮藏试验。结果表明,大果水晶梨在(1±0.5) ℃下贮藏时无明显的呼吸高峰,且乙烯释放速率较低;果实营养物质的消耗和色素的降解较慢,果胶酶、淀粉酶活性被抑制,梨果贮藏保鲜效果明显改善。用聚乙烯薄膜打孔袋包装后,大果水晶梨在室温下能贮藏105 d,在(5±0.5) ℃时能贮藏180 d,在(1±0.5) ℃和(3±0.5) ℃下贮藏180 d时品质良好。以上各项指标显示,大果水晶梨在(1±0.5) ℃下的冷藏效果最好。

Study on post-harvest physiology and biochemistry changes of suisho pear
Abstract:
In order to study the effect of different storage temperature on post harvest physiology in suisho pear,suisho pears are storaged at temperatures of (1±0.5) ℃,(3±0.5) ℃,(5±0.5) ℃ and room temperature (16~22 ℃).The results indicate that the ethylene release rate is lower and no apparent peak respiration at temperatures of (1±0.5) ℃;at temperatures of (1±0.5) ℃ the loss of nutrition substance and decomposition of pigments decreased,and the activities of amylase and PG are inhibited and the effect of storage and keeping fresh is obviously improved.Polyethylene(PE) film bag with hole storage could keep 105 days at room temperature,and 180 days at temperatures of (5±0.5) ℃,and the quality is good at temperatures of (1±0.5) ℃ and (3±0.5) ℃ at the same days.Each target demonstrates that the optimum environment of storage for suisho pear is at temperatures of (1±0.5) ℃.
