不同栽培方式卷丹鳞茎挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘要:
采用水蒸气蒸馏法对不同栽培方式的卷丹鳞茎挥发油进行提取,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对挥发油成分进行了分析。结果表明,从遮荫栽培的卷丹鳞茎中分离出40种化合物,并鉴定出了35种;从露地栽培的卷丹鳞茎中分离出30种化合物,鉴定出了28种;从大棚栽培的卷丹鳞茎中分离出36种化合物,鉴定出了34种。用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对百分含量,其中在遮荫栽培的卷丹鳞茎中检测到6种脂肪酸,占挥发油总量的71.44%;在露地栽培的卷丹鳞茎中检测到5种脂肪酸,占总量的16.94%;在大棚栽培的卷丹鳞茎中检测到6种脂肪酸,占总量的52.87%。从挥发油种类及含量因素考虑,卷丹最适宜的栽培方式为遮荫栽培。

GC-MS analysis of the composition of the volatile oil from the bulbs of L.lancifolium Thunb.with different cultivated modes
Abstract:
The volatile oil in the bulbs of L.lancifolium Thunb. was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical components of the volatile were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that forty compounds were found and thirty five compounds were identified from shading cultivars;thirty compounds were found and twenty-eight compounds were identified from open field cultivars;thirty-six compounds were found and thirty-four compounds were identified from protected cultivars, the relative contents of constitutes were determined by area normalizing method. Six kinds of fatty acid were found from shading cultivars,the amount accounting for 71.44% in all the volatile oil;five kinds of fatty acid were found from open field cultivars, the amount accounting for 16.94 % in all the volatile oil;six kinds of fatty acid were found from protected cultivars,the amount accounting for 52.87% in all the volatile oil. Considering from the variety and content of volatile oil,shading cultivars is the befitting cultivated mode.
