白芦笋MA贮藏及其采后生理变化的研究

摘要:
对不同温度结合不同孔径包装的白芦笋MA贮藏保鲜及其采后生理进行了研究。结果表明,温度是影响白芦笋采后生理指标和营养成分的决定因素,其中以4 ℃贮藏效果最好。不同包装中,以0.04 mm厚、0.5 cm大孔PE包装的白芦笋呼吸强度低、硬度大、营养成分损失少,在4 ℃贮藏18 d仍有较好的品质。

Study on the storage and postharvest physiological change of white asparagus
Abstract:
MA storage and postharvest physiology of white asparagus packaged in PE bags with three different holes were studied in the experiment.The results proved that temperature played an important role in deciding the indexes and nutrition of white asparagus,and 4 ℃ had the best storage effect.Packaged in 0.04 mm PE bag with 0.5 cm holes and storage produced the best fresh keeping result.Under the condition of 4 ℃,the white asparagus could retain good quality even after 18 days.
