凉山半细毛羊、山谷型藏绵羊染色体G-带、C-带核型研究

摘要:
以凉山半细毛羊、山谷型藏绵羊为研究对象,以微量全血培养法制备染色体标本,采用GTG法和CBG法获得染色体G-带和C-带,并对其核型进行分析。结果表明,两品种羊的G-带核型基本一致;以凉山半细毛羊和山谷型藏绵羊G-带核型为基础所作的G-带核型模式图共有275条带,其中阳性带129条;两品种羊C-带核型在分布上无明显差异

Comparison study on the G-banded and C-banded karyotypes in Liangshan semifine wool sheep and Tibetan sheep
Abstract:
Four Liangshan semifine-wool sheep and four Tibetan sheep were used to compare the G-banded and C-banded karyotypes by GTG,CBG techniques,which were employed on slides obtained from the peripheral blood cell culture.The result showed that:the two breeds had the same G-banding patterns.According to the Liangshan semifine wool sheep’s and Tibetan sheep’s G-bands,G-banding ideogram was described.There were 275 bands including 129 positive bands.There was no distinguished difference in C-banding patterns of the two breeds,but the C-banding pattern of the Liangshan semifine wool sheep was lighter and smaller than that of Tibetan sheeps.
