| 从陕西杨凌采集的昆虫病原线虫Steinernema sp．YL001和Steinernema sp．YL002肠道内分别分离到1株具有较高杀虫和抑菌活性的共生菌菌株YL001和YL002，并对其从形态特征、培养特性及生理生化特征等方面进行了鉴定。结果表明，YL001和YL002菌株分别为嗜线虫致病杆菌（Xenorhabdusn nematophila）和伯氏致病杆菌（Xenorhabdus bovienii）。 |

| Isolation and identification of symbiotic bacteria associated with entomopathogenic nematodes |

| Abstract: |
| The phenotypes and biochemical characteristics of the symbiotic bacteria associated with Steinernema sp.YL001 and Steinernema sp.YL002 were studied to determine the taxonomic classification.These characteristics of both symbiotic bacteria were consistent with other strains of X.nematophila and X.bovienii in morphological and biochemical properties respectively. On the basis of the phenotypes and biochemical characteristics analysis,both symbiotic bacteria should belong to the species of X.nematophila and X.bovienii. |
