白腐真菌处理皂素生产废水的研究

摘要:
用富集培养和逐级驯化的白腐真菌,对皂素生产废水进行了好氧处理的生化降解试验。结果表明,当皂素生产废水的CODCr在20 000 mg/L左右时,向废水中补充KH2PO4 10 g/L、MgSO4 0.05 g/L和酒石酸铵2.0 g/L,在起始pH 5.0、温度28 ℃左右、接种量150 mL/L、处理时间4 d、摇床转速120 r/min的条件下,白腐真菌对皂素生产废水的CODCr去除率为80%以上,对色度的去除率为10%,从每升处理后的废液中可回收干菌体28.2 g;该研究结果既可用于皂素生产废水的一级处理,也可用于二级处理。

On the disposal of saponin manufacturing wastewater by white rot fungus
Abstract:
Through using the cultured and tamed white rot fungus in biodegradable experiments,the technical conditions for the disposal of saponin manufacturing wastewater are studied.The result shows that the white rot fungus is the best in handling the saponin manufacturing wastewater:when KH2PO4 10 g/L,MgSO4 0.05 g/L and ammonium tartrate 2.0 g/L are added into the watewater under the conditions of pH 5.0,temperature 28 ℃,disposal period 4 d,inoculation 150 mL/L and swing bed velocity 120 r/min,the CODCr removal rate in the sapoin wastewater reaches more than 80%,the color removal rate is 10%,and white rot fungus albumen 0.028 2 (dry weight) g/mL can be recovered.It can be concluded that the research is useful for the first and second level disposal of saponin wastewater.
