猪精液预处理稀释液与冷冻基础液的配伍效应

摘要:
采用6种预处理稀释液对猪精液进行预处理,然后用3种冷冻基础液冷冻保存,研究精液预处理稀释液和冷冻基础液对精子冷冻保存效果的影响,以及其间的配伍效应。结果表明,不同的预处理稀释液对解冻后精子活力的影响差异显著(P<0.05),而3种冷冻基础液对冻后精子活力的影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。不同的预处理稀释液与冷冻基础液之间存在明显的配伍效应,并且用含甘油的稀释液对平衡不同时间的精液冷冻时,其配伍效应又有所不同。猪精液中去除精清可显著提高精子冻后活力和顶体完整率(P<0.05),有利于提高精液品质。

Research on compatibility effect between pretreatment extenders and cryoprotective extenders in frozen boar semen
Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to research the effect of pretreatment extenders and cryoprotective extenders on frozen boar semen and their co-effect.Six home-temp extenders were used in pretreatment and three cryoprotective extenders were used in cryo-preservation in this experiment.The results were as follows:there was significant difference in the frozen-thawed sperm motility among six pretreatment extenders (P<0.05),however,there was no significant difference in the frozen-thawed sperm motility among three cryoprotective extenders (P>0.05).Significant difference existed in compatibility effect between pretreatment and cryoprotective extenders (P<0.01).Different balancing time led to different compatibility effects.The motility and acrosomal integrity of frozen-thawed sperm could be significantly improved by removing the seminal plasma.
