泾渭河冲淤规律分析及渭河下游治理对策研究

摘要:
对渭河及泾河高含沙洪水的特性、渭河下游及潼关高程的冲淤规律进行了分析,指出三门峡枢纽高水位运行、低泄洪能力及渭河高泥沙含量,是潼关高程抬升、渭河下游演变趋势恶化的主要原因,提出解决渭河下游水沙问题的对策是建设东庄水库工程、改变三门峡水库运行方式、降低渭河河口潼关高程,并辅之以区域综合治理等。

Scouring and aggradation rule of Wei River and Jing River and harnessing countermeasure of downstream reach of Wei River
Abstract:
With brief discourse upon characteristic of heavy concentration sediment flood of Jing River and Wei River,upon scouring and aggradations rule of Wei River downstream and Tong Guan altitude,the viewpoint that causation of Tongguan altitude raising and Wei River downstream became aboveground river is high water level running mode of operation and flood discharge capability lowness of Sanmenxia reservoir and heavy concentration sediment in Wei River is pointed out. The countermeasure to solve upwards problems is to construct Dongzhuang reservoir,to change mode of operation of Sanmenxia reservoir,to execute region integrative harnessing.
