| This review introduces 4 kinds of functional oligosaccharides(isomaltooligosaccharide,soybean oligosaccharide,fructooligosaccharide and xylooligosaccharide).Their chemical compositions,distributions and functions are discussed.The existing problems in research are analyzed,and finally the status and prospects are viewed. |
