苹果中毒死蜱农药残留的GC-NPD测定方法

摘要:
通过对传统方法的改进,建立了苹果中毒死蜱残留量的气相色谱简捷测定方法。该方法采用乙腈代替丙酮作为提取溶剂,提取液杂质较少;在玻璃衬管内填入石英玻璃棉用于样品净化,用该方法测定的毒死蜱样品添加回收率为92.55%~101.67%,变异系数为1.75%~10.20%,最小检出限为96.6pg,最小检出浓度为19.3 μg/kg,说明该测定方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度完全可以满足苹果农药残留检测的技术要求。用该方法测定了施用过毒死蜱果园富士和嘎拉苹果的农药残留,结果与传统方法相符。

Study on the determination method of chlorpyrifos pesticide residue in apple by GC-NPD
Abstract:
Through improvement on tradition method,a rapid method to determine chlorpyrifos pesticide residues by gas chromatography in apple is established. Residue is extracted from an apple with an acetonitrile,and the extraction solution is comparatively cleaner. The average recoveries of the three spiked level of chlorpyrifos are from 92.55 % to 101.67%,and the coefficient of variation are from 1.75% to 10.20% in an apple. The minimum detection limit of chlorpyrifos is 96.6 pg. It is a sensitive ,simple and reliable method and the recovery rate and coefficient of variation are perfect. This method is applied to detect chlorpyrifos of Fuji and Gala apple,and the results are consistent with the biological metabolism of chlorpyrifos.
