准好氧填埋工艺温度变化特性研究

摘要:
根据准好氧填埋理论,构建了大型模拟垃圾填埋场,并对填埋体温度、CH4、O2等参数进行了长期监测。结果表明,准好氧填埋场中温度分布规律为上层〉中层〉下层,平均温度分别为73,69.7和55.4 ℃;填埋温度参数与填埋体中氧气浓度存在着密切的相关关系;填埋体下层为厌氧环境,温度为54.8~58.6 ℃,属于高温厌氧发酵范围,甲烷浓度为25%;将填埋装置自身产生的渗滤液回流后,堆体中的温度显著提高,与回流清水的填埋处理相比,平均温度高出5.4~11.7 ℃,更有利于有机质的快速分解和填埋场的快速稳定化。

Temperature variation in semi-aerobic landfilling of municipal solid waste
Abstract:
Large-scale landfilling installation was built according to semi-aerobic landfilling theories.The temperature and concentrations of CH4 and O2 were detected regularly.The results showed that the spatial variation of temperature declined with the sequence of up level,middle level and under level.The average temperature of each level was 73,69.7 and 55.4 ℃ respectively.The temperature rose with the increase of the concentration of oxygen.It was anaerobic condition in the underlayer and the temperature area was 54.8-58.6 ℃,the concentration of methane was about 25%.Leachate recirculation can enhance the temperature of semi-aerobic landfill distinctly,about 5.4-11.7 ℃ higher than that of the water recirculation landfill.
