甘肃森林火灾的分布特征及其与归一化差分植被指数的关系

摘要:
利用甘肃省各林区16年的森林火灾资料,分析了火灾的时空分布特征.结果表明,甘肃省森林火灾主要集中在2~3月份;森林火灾平均开始于10月下旬,结束于5月中旬;地域分布主要集中在马衔山、小陇山、白龙江等林区.此外,利用NOAA气象卫星资料研究发现,遥感监测到的归一化差分植被指数与森林火灾发生率有较好的负相关关系,因此归一化差分植被指数可用于森林火灾的预警研究.

Distribution features of forest fires and relations between forest fires and vegetation index in Gansu Province
Abstract:
By using the data of forest fires from 1988 to 2003 in Gansu province,the space-time distribution features of forest fires were analyzed. The results are as follows:The fires mostly happened from Feb. to Mar.. The forest fires averagely happened during the period from the last ten-day of Oct. to the middle ten days of May.. Most of forest fires occur in the forestry centre of Ma-han Mountain and Xiao-long hill and Bai-long river. Furthermore,the vegetation index of forest in Gansu province was analyzed by using NOAA satellite data. The results show that there is marked corresponding connection between vegetation index and forest fires,and the normalized difference vegetation index could be used in research of forest fire forecast.
