| 以固始鸡与安卡红鸡杂交F2代资源群体为对象,研究了肉鸡性别、家系、正反交、体重、内脏器官重对肉鸡胸囊肿发生的影响.结果发现：家系及体重对胸囊肿发生率的影响达极显著水平;公鸡胸囊肿的发生率显著高于母鸡;胸囊肿发生鸡群的肝脏重和脾脏重分别显著和极显著地大于正常鸡群,而正反交、心重、胰腺重和心脏比率、脾脏比率、胰腺比率与胸囊肿发生的相关性不明显.由此可见,鸡胸囊肿的发生在很大程度上受遗传因素的影响. |

| Correlation analysis of breast blister's incidence on F2 generation population crossed by Gushi and Ankao under cage raising |

| In this experiment,F2 resource population was established by Gushi chickens crossing with Ankao as the experiment chicken,and the effect of some factors on breast cyst incidence was studied,including sex,family,crossing type,weight and the weight of visceral tissues and organs.It shows that family lines and body weight had extremely significant effect on breast blister’s incidence;Breast blister’s incidence of male chicks was significantly higher than that of female chicks;the liver weight and spleen weight of the chicks with breast blisters were significantly and extremely higher than that of the normal respectively;while crossing type,heart weight,pancreas weight,heart weight,heart rate,spleen rate,pancreas rate were not significantly correlated with breast blisters incidence.It showed that the incidence of breast blister’s was affected by the genetic factors. |
