不同发育期大鼠乳腺组织中孕酮受体的表达研究

摘要:
为了探讨大鼠乳腺中孕酮受体(PR)的变化规律,试验采用RT-PCR方法对不同发育时期大鼠乳腺组织中的孕酮受体表达进行了半定量研究.结果表明,妊娠18 d的PR表达水平明显低于处女期和妊娠6,12 d(P<0.05),整个妊娠过程中,以妊娠12 d最高;在泌乳6 d时检测不到PR,泌乳12,18 d可检测到PR表达,泌乳18 d的PR水平低于泌乳12 d,但差异不显著(P>0.05),表明PR可能参与了乳腺细胞的发育和泌乳.

Expression of progesterone receptor mRNA of rat mammary gland at different developmental stages
Abstract:
To discuss progesterone receptor (PR) expressed in rat mammary gland,half quantity RT-PCR was used to study the expression of PR mRNA in mammary gland of Sprague-Dawley female rats at all stages.PR expression decreased as pregnancy and lactation progressed (P<0.05).PR level at the 18th day of pregnancy was significantly less than those of virgin,day of 6 and 12 of pregnancy.During the whole pregnancy period,the mRNA levels of PR at the day of 12 of pregnancy was higher.PR was not identifiable at the day of 6 of lactation,and was detected at the 12th day of lactation,decreased again until the 18th day of lactaction (P>0.05).The results sugggested that PR was involved in mammary development and lactation.
