| 基于Visual Basic 6．0和Office办公软件中的Excel和Access，开发了由干渠用水量管理系统、支渠用水量管理系统和水费计算管理系统组成的宁夏青铜峡灌区用水管理系统。该系统集成了数据采集与传输、数据库管理、干渠用水量管理、支渠用水量管理、水费管理、系统维护等功能，于2004年在青铜峡灌区应用1年来，运行稳定可靠，解决了该灌区在管理中存在的问题和不足，提高了灌区的自动化管理水平。 |

| Abstract: |
| The water management system of Ningxia Qingtongxia irrigation area,utilized the soft of visual basic 6.0,Excel and Access ,contains trunk canal system,branch canal system and water rate system. The system consists of data collecting and transmitting ,data management ,trunk canal management ,branch canal management,water rate management and system maintaining. After one year operation in Qingtongxia irrigation area in 2004,it proves to be stable and reliable. Therefore it can solve existing problems in management and improve the efficiency of automation. |
