郁金香杂交F1代对灰霉病的抗性和遗传分析

摘要:
通过田间和大棚接种鉴定,研究了20个郁金香杂交F1代的644个植株对郁金香灰霉病的抗性及其遗传关系,并以病情指数评价了郁金香杂交F1代的抗病性.结果表明,在供试的杂交F1代中,Bellona×Flair Mutant分离出了10 %的高抗植株,Bellow×(M.Miles×LW 76313-3k)分离出了41.7 %的抗病植株,这为杂交选育抗病新品种提供了依据;杂交F1代群体的抗病性以Bellona×(LW×White Sail 75308-4k)较好,且其病情指数最低,为55;郁金香杂交F1代群体的抗病性存在差异,呈连续性分布,表现出数量性状遗传的特征,初步推断这可能受微效抗病多基因控制.

Inheritance and resistance to Botrytis disease in F1 generation of tulips
Abstract:
The inheritance and resistance to Botrytis disease of Tulip were studied with 644 F1 generation between 20 cross by artificial infection in tulip field and plastic greenhouse based on the evaluation methods of disease index (DI).The results showed that 10% plants of high disease resistance were isolated from Bellona×Flair,mutant and 41.7% plants of disease resistance from Bellow×(M.Miles×LW 76313-3k),this provided basis for breeding top quality and high disease resistance varieties.Resistance to Botrytis disease was better in F1 generation of Bellona×(LW×White Sail 75308-4k),the disease index being 55.The resistance to Botrytic disease among the progenies were different,with the traits of continuous distribution and quantitative inheritance,this heredity phenomenon was caused by the ploygene effects of the disease resistance in Tulipa according to preliminary inference.
